Accounting Clerk

Looking for a new direct hire position?!! Here it is? A well respected client in the Haverford, PA area is looking to add an energetic and driven Accounting Specialist to their team. The Accounting Specialist will process full cycle accounts payable, assist with month end close using QuickBooks along with reconciliations and working with vendors. The Accounting Specialist will prepare and process all client invoicing daily along with preparing monthly customer account statements. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
