The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for establishing search strategies and recruiting professionals via phone, e-mail, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicate with therapists regarding open positions
Establish search strategies
Recruit therapists via phone, e-mail, and marketing efforts
Develop processes to improve the recruiting system
Manage database
Assist with opening and establishing new markets
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
1-3 years of professional experience; sales and/or recruiting experience a plus
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Highly organized
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated and driven
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
