Our client, a service provider in Haverford, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for establishing search strategies and recruiting professionals via phone, e-mail, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of professional experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Communicate with therapists regarding open positions
Establish search strategies
Recruit therapists via phone, e-mail, and marketing efforts
Develop processes to improve the recruiting system
Manage database
Assist with opening and establishing new markets
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned


1-3 years of professional experience; sales and/or recruiting experience a plus
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Highly organized
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic
Self-motivated and driven

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
