They are also responsible for creating a fun and inviting class environment.
We are looking for someone to bring energy and excitement.
Be able to conduct a beginners or advance step class.
Qualifications:
Prior experience teaching group exercise classes highly desired Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willing to obtain Awareness of proper body mechanics to prevent injury Knowledge of safe exercise technique and principles Ability to communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in normal and loud situations.
Responsibilities:
monitor's participants throughout the class take attendance at the beginning of class instructs class to the ability level of the participants greets all participants and orients new participants instructs class according to standards as well as starts and finishes class on time participate in department as well as company events must be high energy, charismatic and able to entertain a crowd Follow Club policies Instructors that can do teach the class while giving cues to the Membership.
Must be able to teach adults of all ages and fitness levels.
Can produce a clean play list and teach according to the beat of the music.
Energy & fun is a MUST! Job Type:
Part-time Pay Flat-rate per class.
Determined on experience.
