Previous experience in front desk is a plus.

Front desk tasks include welcoming patients, answering phone calls and converting callers to patients, booking appointments, checking in/out patients, confirming appointments, checking patient eligibility, and more Flexibility to work late hours (up to 7PM or 8PM) a couple of days a week is needed.
